HOW TO BOOK?
- Choose your date and time from the calendar below, then click the Book Now button. To add more than one class for “child 1”, keep adding them from the Workshops page on the menu.
- Select “YES” or “NO” from the Creative Kids pop up when prompted.
- Triple check what you have selected in your cart and proceed to checkout. If things don’t look right or you’ve made a mistake, go to your cart and delete your bookings by clicking on the X to the left of each description and start over. Proceed to checkout once everything is correct.
- Fill out the required information for “Child 1” and make payment via PayPal or credit card.
IMPORTANT: Payment is final and locked in. No transfers, changes or refunds can be made after payment.
If you are booking multiple children, simply repeat the steps above.
EACH CHILD must be booked and paid for SEPARATELY. If you are using a Creative Kids Voucher to make the payment, we recommend using the full $100 voucher amount when booking as no change can be given and the remaining balance will be forfeited.
Funky Planet will supply all craft/activity materials and incorporate singing, dancing, and games with each workshop. Each workshop includes morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea, so it is not necessary to bring food along, please bring a water bottle with your childs name clearly labelled. Please advise in the booking notes should your child have any food allergies or special dietary requirements, in this case you will be required to bring your childs own food (no nuts). All classes incorporate singing, dancing and games. Please wear comfortable play clothes
Please be aware that all school holiday workshop bookings require a non-refundable, non-transferable payment to secure your child’s place. If you are using a Creative Kids Voucher to make the payment, we recommend using the full $100 voucher amount when booking as no change can be given and the balance will be forfeited.
Parents will not be permitted (under any circumstances) to enter the premises during the School Holiday Workshops, drop off and pick up will be conducted from the front door. During each workshop extra health and safety measures will be in place, hand sanitising on entry and before each meal, smaller class sizes and also distancing practices will be in place where possible. We ask that each child brings their own drink bottle and any other additional items be kept to a minimum.
If your child has been unwell in the days leading up to the workshop we ask that you contact us asap and do not attend the workshop. Any child showing flu like symptoms on the day of the workshop will be isolated and their parent contacted. Due to the restrictions we will not be offering single classes this school holidays.
