How to request deletion

1. Use the Google email address connected to Save Email as PDF.
2. Email info@engineit.com.
3. Use the subject: Delete Save Email as PDF account data.
4. State that you want the add-on account and saved preferences deleted.
5. engineIT may ask you to confirm the request from the same account before deletion.

What the request covers

• engineIT account record connected to the Google account
• Saved export and file-naming preferences
• Selected Google Drive folder metadata stored by the app
• Operational records that are not required for security or legal obligations

What you delete yourself

Deleting the engineIT account does not delete files already saved to your computer or Google Drive. Delete those files directly from the computer folder, browser Downloads folder, My Drive or Shared Drive where they were saved.

You can also remove the add-on and revoke its access from your Google Account security settings.

Temporary files and backups

Temporary processing objects are normally scheduled for deletion within 24 hours. Provider-managed soft-deleted or recoverable backup copies may remain for up to 7 additional days before permanent deletion. Limited security, fraud-prevention or legal records may be retained when reasonably required.
