Get help with Bulk Reply for Gmail

Use this extension to review selected Gmail senders, create private BCC drafts or send one individual email per reviewed recipient. First extension

Gmail Bulk Print Selected support

Gmail Bulk Print Selected is for Gmail users who need to process selected emails in one controlled batch instead of opening, printing, saving and downloading each message one at a time.

What the toolbar buttons are for

The buttons appear inside Gmail after the extension loads. Select the Gmail messages you want, then choose the button that matches the result you need: paper output, PDF records, attachment files, a ZIP archive or account management.

For best results, narrow Gmail first with search, labels, senders, dates or subject keywords. That helps avoid selecting messages outside the client, invoice batch, case file, property record or support ticket group you actually need.

Good batch habits

  • Search or label the Gmail messages first.
  • Select only the messages you are authorised to process.
  • Use PDFs or ZIP exports for records that need to be filed.
  • Open and spot-check the output before sharing or archiving it.

Print Selected

What it does

Print Selected takes the checked Gmail conversations and opens a print workflow so multiple selected Gmail emails can be printed in one run.

Why it is useful

Use it for legal records, audit packs, invoice emails, customer support tickets, procurement approvals, delivery notes and office administration where paper copies or print-to-PDF output are still required.

Read the Print Selected button guide

Download as PDFs

What it does

Download as PDFs saves selected Gmail emails as PDF files so each selected message can become a portable record for folders, clients, matters, invoices or compliance notes.

Why it is useful

Bookkeepers, accountants, law firms, real estate teams and Google Workspace admins use PDF exports when emails need to be kept outside Gmail with consistent file names and supporting context.

Read the Download as PDFs button guide

Download Attachments

What it does

Download Attachments collects files attached to selected Gmail emails so you do not have to open every message and download each invoice, receipt, statement, form or photo manually.

Why it is useful

Use it for supplier invoices, tenant documents, insurance photos, recruitment resumes, legal exhibits, delivery records, purchase orders and customer support evidence.

Read the Download Attachments button guide

Export as ZIP

What it does

Export as ZIP packages selected Gmail emails and their attachments into a dated ZIP archive for a single project, client, matter, audit period or property record.

Why it is useful

ZIP exports are helpful when you need to hand a complete Gmail record set to a manager, accountant, lawyer, compliance reviewer, client or internal operations folder.

Real-world Gmail Bulk Print Selected workflows

These are common situations where the extension saves time because the work starts with a selected group of Gmail messages instead of a single open email.

Bookkeeping and accounting

Save client invoice emails as PDFs, download receipt attachments in bulk, or export a month of invoice emails and supporting files to ZIP before updating QuickBooks, Xero or a tax folder.

Law firms and legal assistants

Print selected Gmail emails for a matter, save case communications as PDFs, and keep attachments with the email context before filing a client record or evidence bundle.

Property management and real estate

Export tenant emails, maintenance requests, inspection photos and lease documents into a dated ZIP file for a property record or dispute response.

Customer support and operations

Print support tickets, save audit emails, download customer files and archive procurement or logistics conversations without repeating the same Gmail clicks all afternoon.

PDF-first Gmail extension

Gmail Save PDFs and Print support

Gmail Save PDFs and Print is for selected Gmail email PDF records. Use it when users need to save selected Gmail emails as PDFs, save and print email PDF records, print email PDFs or save attachments from selected Gmail messages. It includes a 10-use trial, then continues at US $7.99/month.

What the Gmail Save PDFs and Print buttons are for

The PDF-first buttons help users choose a direct output for selected Gmail messages: email PDFs, email PDFs plus printing, print-only PDF output or attachment saving. This is different from Gmail Bulk Print Selected, which is positioned as the broader all-in-one records tool including ZIP export.

For good results, select only the Gmail messages that belong in the client, invoice, case, tenant, HR, recruitment or support record, then open the exported PDFs and attachments before filing or sharing.

PDF Editor Studio support

PDF Editor Studio is for Chrome-compatible PDF editing workflows. Use it after a PDF exists and needs editing, signing, redaction, whiteout, annotation, merge, website to PDF or export work. It includes a 10-use trial, then paid plans start from US $2.99/week.

What PDF Editor Studio tools do

The extension helps with practical PDF tasks: edit PDF text, add text to PDF, draw or place signatures, redact or whiteout sensitive details, highlight and annotate, add images or logos, merge PDF files, capture website pages to PDF, export PDF pages as JPG or PNG, extract images and convert supported documents to PDF.

If a file came from Gmail Bulk Print Selected, use PDF Editor Studio after export when the PDF itself needs cleanup, signatures, redaction or merging.

Edit PDF text

What it does

Edit supported PDF text or add new text boxes for notes, dates, labels, corrections and form answers.

Merge PDFs

What it does

Combine PDF files into one document and review page order before exporting the merged file.

Sign and annotate

What it does

Add signatures, highlights, notes, stamps, shapes and visual marks for document review workflows.

Second extension

Bulk Reply for Gmail support

Bulk Reply for Gmail helps users contact multiple reviewed Gmail senders with a private BCC draft or one individual email per recipient. It includes 50 successful recipient sends free, then continues at US $2.99/month. It is for permitted responses, not unsolicited spam.

What the reply workflow controls do

Start by selecting Gmail conversations from people you need to contact. The extension reviews detected senders, lets you choose a private BCC draft or individual emails, then guides you through subject, message and final review steps.

It creates new email messages. It does not reply inside every original Gmail thread, and it does not bypass Gmail or Google Workspace sending limits.

Review-first safety

  • Check the active Gmail account before continuing.
  • Review duplicates and automated sender warnings.
  • Choose BCC when recipients should stay hidden.
  • Choose individual emails when every person needs their own message.

Select Emails

What it does

You select the Gmail conversations that contain the senders you want to contact. The extension uses that selected set as the starting point for the reply workflow.

Why it is useful

It helps support teams, recruiters, property managers and office administrators start from a real Gmail list rather than copying addresses into a spreadsheet.

Review Recipients

What it does

The review step shows detected recipients so you can remove incorrect contacts, watch for duplicates and avoid automated or no-reply addresses before sending anything.

Why it is useful

This reduces common bulk reply mistakes such as contacting the wrong person, exposing a group list or sending twice to the same recipient.

Private BCC Draft

What it does

Private BCC creates one Gmail draft with reviewed recipients in BCC so recipients cannot see each other's email addresses.

Why it is useful

Use it for one shared update to customers, applicants, tenants, vendors or internal stakeholders where the message is the same and privacy matters.

Separate Emails

What it does

Separate Emails sends one new email to each reviewed recipient, one person at a time, with only that recipient in the To field.

Why it is useful

Use it when each recipient should receive an individual-looking message, such as recruitment updates, client follow-ups, appointment changes or service notices.

Fast checks

Common fixes before contacting support

Most Gmail extension issues come from browser state, profile mismatch, download settings or Google Workspace admin controls.

Refresh Gmail

Reload the Gmail tab after installing, updating or enabling an extension. Gmail sometimes needs a fresh page load before toolbar buttons appear.

Check the browser profile

Chrome extensions are installed per browser profile. Confirm Gmail is open in the same profile where the extension is installed.

Confirm extension permissions

Open the browser extensions page and confirm the selected Gmail extension is enabled and allowed to run on Gmail.

Check Google Workspace settings

Organisation administrators can restrict Chrome extensions. Ask your admin if Gmail buttons never appear on a work account.

Check Downloads

PDFs, attachments and ZIP files usually save to the browser Downloads folder unless Chrome is set to ask for each save location.

Review selected emails

Make sure the Gmail checkboxes are selected before clicking a toolbar button. Narrow search results reduce accidental selections.

Review reply recipients

For Bulk Reply for Gmail, review duplicate and automated-address warnings before creating a BCC draft or sending individual emails.

Update Chrome

Use a current Chrome-compatible browser. Older browser versions can affect extension behavior and download prompts.

Install and buttons

Why are the Gmail extension buttons missing?

Start with a Gmail refresh. Then confirm the extension is enabled, installed in the active browser profile, and not blocked by a Workspace administrator. If Gmail has multiple tabs open, test in one fresh Gmail tab.

For Gmail Bulk Print Selected, look for the bright green Print Selected button and related Download as PDFs, Download Attachments and Export as ZIP buttons.

Privacy and limits

What should I know before sending or exporting?

Always review output before relying on it for accounting, legal, compliance, support or operational records. For Bulk Reply for Gmail, review recipients carefully. The extension creates new BCC or individual emails and does not reply inside every original thread.

Gmail and Google Workspace sending limits still apply. The extension does not bypass Gmail limits, organisation policies or anti-spam rules.

Contact support
